Legal information

Cookie policy

Information about cookies and similar technologies used by the current SpineOn website, including analytics consent, public booking security, admin sessions, referral storage, Hotjar, and embedded Google Maps.

Necessary cookies and storage

Necessary cookies and storage are required for basic website operation, security, admin login, storing your cookie choice, booking administration, and abuse limitation.

These items cannot be disabled through cookie settings because the website, admin area, or stored choice may not work correctly without them.

Optional analytics

Hotjar loads only after analytics consent, only in production, and only on eligible public pages. The booking page, admin area, and login are excluded from Hotjar loading.

Google Analytics is not loaded by the current SpineOn application code.

Google Maps

The contact page contains an embedded Google Maps map. The map is provided by Google and may use its own cookies, local storage, or technical data depending on browser settings and Google rules.

The map is displayed as part of the contact page, not as a SpineOn analytics tool.

Withdrawing consent

You can allow, decline, or change optional categories through the cookie banner and the Cookie settings link in the footer.

When analytics is declined or withdrawn, the website attempts to remove known cookies and localStorage/sessionStorage entries starting with _hj if they are available to the browser. Marketing decline attempts to remove known _gcl cookies if they exist.

If a third-party script has already loaded on the page, fully stopping processing may also depend on reloading the page, browser settings, and provider rules.

Relationship to privacy

Cookies and browser storage may relate to personal data processing. Details about purposes, legal bases, processors, retention periods, and rights are provided in the Privacy Policy.

You can change your choice at any time through the Cookie settings link in the website footer. When analytics is withdrawn, the website attempts to remove known Hotjar and marketing cookies/storage where the browser allows it.
